We have 130 units of one-bedroom apartments for elderly, disabled, and handicapped.  All units have a living room, dining area, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.  These units are equipped with appliances, carpeting, emergency pull cords, and air conditioning capabilities.  Utilities are included in rent, and cable is furnished at a reduced rate.  Each building is equipped with a security buzzer system entry, elevator, laundry facilities, a community room, sitting area, and indoor mail service.  All common area, except as designated, are smoke free.

Family Units:  Units contain two and three bedrooms and are available in duplex and townhouse arrangement.  Water, sewer, and trash pick up are included with rent.  A utility allowance is given to each family to help keep utilities cost manageable.  Cable is available at occupants cost.  Appliances, drapery rods, laundry hookups, and maintenance are provided.  The units are two story buildings with yards for children's play area
